NOTE ON BUILDING MEASURES IN THE PROPERTY

Please note that unfortunately construction work will take place in the following period in the resident property, not in the hotel.

From Monday 22.04.2024 up to and including Tuesday 30.04.2024, drilling work may take place in the house on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is a possibility that there may be intermittent and short-term noise restrictions.

We ask for your understanding, as the work will be carried out by another tenant living in the building.

Please note that construction work is currently taking place opposite the hotel.
This only affects rooms in the direction of Rampische Straße and can lead to an increased noise level from Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm.
